What is it

All natural mouthwash. Made without any oil base extracts, or fragrances. Use for oil pulling or to replace a synthetic mouthwash. Helps to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving the good bacteria, unlike synthetic mouthwashes which end up removing even the beneficial bacteria.

How it works

Oil pulling has been recommended by ayurveda for ages. While oil pulling is generally done with virgin coconut oil, we have enhanced it by adding ground peppermint & cloves, & essential oils to give it the feel for freshness.

• The blend of 6 essential oils help to remove plaque & odour, & give the breath a burst of freshness
• Use it to replace a regular mouthwash or use it for traditional oil pulling
• Use 1 teaspoon and start swishing in your mouth. Start with 1 minute and work your way up to the ayurveda recommended 15 minutes

Usage

Shake well before use. Use for oil pulling or to replace a regular mouthwash. Take 1 teaspoon of the oil in your mouth. Chew the bits of mint and clove. Swirl the oil in your mouth for a minimum of 2 minutes. Do not swallow. You will notice the volume increase in your mouth as the oil mixes with saliva. Spit out after you are done. Rinse your mouth with water. Do not spit into a wash basin as it can block the wash basin drains. Ayurveda recommends oil pulling for 15 min
